Virgin Art Exhibition

The eighth annual Virgin Art Exhibition will be held in the wonderful St Mary’s Parish Church, High Street, Mold, for a whole week from Bank Holiday Monday, 2 May, to Saturday 7 May from 10am to 8pm. The exhibition provides artists with a beautiful and historic venue in which to display and sell their works to visitors.

Delicious refreshments are on sale all day, providing a welcome break and meeting place for visitors whilst viewing the exhibits.

Lewis with his airbrush painting called Fudge Puppy – no wonder it was voted favourite!

Last year’s ‘People’s Choice’ winner was an airbrush painting called ‘Fudge Puppy’ by Lewis Warby. The artist comes from Stourport on Severn and said that entering the exhibition had been very worthwhile as he’d had lots of enquiries about his work since.

Entrance to the exhibition in church is free. Catalogues are £2 each.

Last year’s ‘People’s Choice’ winner at the Virgin Art Exhibition, Lewis Warby is presented with his prize by Sheila Wilson, one of the organisers.
