Mold November Fest 2018

Cheers – welcome return of real ale festival

Mold’s sixth annual festival of real ale and entertainment – the popular November Fest – takes place on 10 to 12 November at St Mary’s Hall, King Street, Mold. There will be over 30 real ales, real lager, local ciders and great wines to try – some of the ales come from local micro-breweries.

Mold’s award-winning Hafod Brewing Company, returns as one of the main sponsors for the event and has brought out a festival special called ‘Bailey Hill Bitter’. There are five sessions during the event; Friday afternoon is the connoisseurs quiet session from 2pm to 4.30pm, followed in the evening from 6pm to 10.30pm with live Irish, skiffle music from Barleycorn Hop. Saturday starts at 11.30am to 5pm with acoustic trio Cold Turkey providing the entertainment, and, in the evening session from 6pm to 10.30pm, the tempo heats up with rock from 50 Hertz. The Sunday session is from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.

November Fest is organised by Mold Town Council with the support of Buckley and Mold Lions, and the Vale of Clwyd CAMRA branch and volunteers. It raises money for other events held in the town throughout the year.

Tickets are on sale from and Bargain Booze, High Street; Mold Alehouse, Earl Road; Mold Town Hall, Earl Road;  and Wetherspoon’s Gold Cape, Wrexham Street, Mold.
