Three day family music festival on Kendrick’s Field, Mold

North Wales Blues and Soul Festival 2016 is back in Mold on Friday 5, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 August. With an incredible line up of the best in British blues and soul performing on Saturday and Sunday, and a chance to enjoy our home-grown talent on Friday evening.

Music lovers will be treated to spectacular performances from some of the UK’s biggest blues and soul artists at the three day family North Wales Blues & Soul Festival 2016 in Mold.

The top line-up includes blues Legend and Memphis award-winner Doug MacLeod; five times winner of Best Female Vocalist UK, Connie Lush, plus Liam Ward Band.

Featuring the unmissable Aynsley Lister; British Blues Young Artist 2015 Laurence Jones; Rebecca Downes Band; Born Healer; Dale Storr; Alex McKown; Tom Attah & The Bad Man Clan; Triple J; Midnite Johnny; Delta Radio and more.

The Festival will be held again on Kendrick’s Field (Mold CH7 1QQ) with the entrance on Ruthin Road. Great festival food and a fully licensed bar, including Hafod Ales, will be available.

Advance ticket prices for Saturday or Sunday are:

  • Adult (16 or over)             £17.00
  • Child (under 16 years old, must be with an adult)            £8.00
  • Family ticket 2 adults and up to 3 children (5 to 15 years old)             £45.00

Friday night is party night as the Blues and Soul Festival kicks off with the chance to see four top local bands for only £5 (advance sales only).

Two great blues bands – Burning Black, and Waterbear will be performing, plus the unique high energy blues-based vibes of the Hexmen, topped off with ska with a twist of soul from Skariad.
