We sell a variety of high quality local produce including Village Bakery’s Welsh Oggie and Welsh dairy ice cream as well as various preserves and dressings. We are purveyors of fine foods and wines. We make our own quiches, sausage rolls, patés, ready meals, puddings and award winning meat pies including chicken, leek and laverbread pies using Tyn y Celyn free range chicken which was a True Taste winner in 2008.
We use Welsh black beef from Bala and Mochyn Merllyn pork for our daily carvery and Coed Du Farm milk and cream, Clyttir Farm free range eggs and Snowdonia cheddar in our quiches and puddings. We also use fruit and vegetables from our garden when in season and provide an outside catering and home delivery service.
